Time and Schedule Concerns

Working Full-Time
Our evening cohorts meet twice weekly from 7-9 PM EST. Recorded sessions available within 24 hours. Many students complete coursework during lunch breaks or weekends. The key is consistency, not marathon study sessions.
Managing Family Commitments
We've designed flexible pathways for parents and caregivers. Self-paced modules let you learn when kids are sleeping or during school hours. Our parent network offers study partnerships and childcare coordination during intensive workshops.
Travel or Irregular Schedules
All live sessions are recorded, and our mobile-friendly platform works well for airport learning or hotel room study sessions. We also offer intensive weekend formats quarterly for students who prefer concentrated learning blocks.
How much time do I realistically need each week?
Honest answer? Most successful students spend 5-7 hours weekly during active learning phases. This includes 2 hours in live sessions, 2-3 hours on assignments, and 1-2 hours reviewing materials. During project weeks, expect 8-10 hours as you apply concepts to real campaigns.
What if I fall behind or need to take breaks?
Life happens, and we plan for it. You can pause enrollment for up to 6 months without penalty. Catch-up sessions are available monthly, and our peer mentorship program pairs you with students who've covered the material you missed.

Career Direction and Outcomes

I want to freelance vs. join a company...
Both paths need similar core skills but different business approaches. Freelancers focus more on client acquisition and project management, while in-house roles emphasize team collaboration and long-term strategy development. Our career tracks split after foundational coursework to address these different needs.

What about industry-specific applications?
E-commerce marketplaces operate differently than service platforms, and B2B environments have unique challenges compared to consumer-focused markets. We offer specialized workshops throughout 2025 covering retail, professional services, creative industries, and tech platforms. You can add these to any core program.
Building a Portfolio
Every student completes 3-4 real projects during their program. We partner with local businesses who need growth strategy help, giving you authentic case studies while providing valuable services. Your portfolio includes campaign results, strategic thinking process, and problem-solving approaches.
Networking and Connections
Our alumni network includes marketplace managers at major platforms, successful agency owners, and in-house growth specialists. Monthly virtual meetups and quarterly in-person events in major cities help you build professional relationships beyond classroom connections.
